Your Letter of the 28th. last month has been Paid before
Mr. Treasurer
who has order'd one to acquaint you, that in
consideration of the Expence you have already been at more
than your expected & from the good Opinion he entertains
of you has condisiconded to allow you four Trees to complaint
your Repairs (which he made no doubt you will see done
in the most Substantial & Workman like manner) & leave
it entirely to yourself to make Choice of those Trees only
that are most fitting for that purpose

which is Accepted & when paid will be placed to the proper
AccountI must hereby lease to remind you that when
us you make any Destruction no matter for what purpose
you will please to send a receipt for the same the Auditors of
the Hospital Accounts always acquiring Vouchers for every
Disbursment
