St Thomas Hospital 23d Octor. 1755

Madam
The large Arrear of two years and a halfe Rent
at Michaelmas last are Sufficient to Justify my writing in the
manner Jam forced to DoIf it does not suit you to pay off
two Years of it immediately There must of necessity be Distresses
made on the Tenants and that without any further notice
