By Mr. Treasurer's Order this is to acquaint You
That as You cannot judge what Quantity of Laths, Mr. Sankey may
want for the Repairs of his House it will be more product
to buy Laths then cutt down Timber to waste You are desired
to let Mr Sankey know this And to Send an Account of the
Expence thereof

Sir
Mr. Morse has sean Yrs. of 21st. alt & desired me
to acquaint Yo. that he intends to have a new Rentroll made
on Parchment according to the Alterations at the last Court & send
it Yo. very soon together with the Lease made to Yr. Self & Mrs. Smith
As to the other part of Yr. Letter I am to inform Yo. That the State
of Yr. Account with the Hospl. which I sent Yo. the 15th. Decr. last
is the exact State thereof Yr. Design of comming to Londo.
the middle of next Month in order to have Yr. Eyes examd. by
Mr. Sharp I would by no means discourage as I hope it will
before Yr. Benefit his Character being universally known
& approved of

Mr. Swaine
Yrs. with a Bill for £43..8 came to hand
the 2d. inst. & the Bill was accepted Yesterday And when paid
shall be placed to Yr. Accot. of RentYou will let Mr Chatbourn
know that Mr. Treasurer would have him take Care to mark
as usual before Yo. being to fell the upper part of Richard's
wood next Falling time according to Yr. Notice in Yr. Letter above
