Mr. Swaine
I receiv'd yesterday a Letter from you and the
Notice given therein of your Intention to fell at next falling time
the lower part of Hardys spring or Wood and the Straw adjoyning
to Everton Lees has been laid before Mr Treasurer about which
I am Order'd to write to Mr. Chatbourn our Woodreeve by this
PostYour Lease has been Engross'd these six Months
past so that whenever you come to Town the Counterpart
will be ready for your executing it

Saplings and Tillers, as are proper to be left Standing

Mr Treasurer has recd. Notice from Mr Sankey that
her intends to fell Aldclosewood And desires that such may be markd out
as shall be thought proper by which it is suppos'd he means such Trees
for Repairs were properYou are desired to mark such Storers
wavers & as are fit & so many as the Custome of those Woods & of the Country
require & to take Care of the growing Timber And if any he wanting
for Repairs You will send word how many & for what are
