you that he has reced yours with two Bills on Mr. Thos.
Chitty
< no role > , one for £35. the other for £85.15.11½ which
when paid shall be placed to account as specified in
your Letter.

You have treated me very unhandsomly for
my Tenderness to you, We shall have a Grand Comittee
in a short time their Determinations you may
assure yourself will not be much in your favour.

Mr. Collins
Mr. Camp has been with me & paid some Rent,
he acquaints me the House is in so miserable Condition
not fit to live in, I desire you would look on it, & what
you find is absolutely necessary to be done on respect
to Glazing or Daubing to keep out the Weather that
you would sett some honest Workmen about it
when we come into the Country shall give direction
about other things that may be Wanting.
