I take notice that you have not made any deduction
of the £50 S. Sea Stock given to yourself & Co Trustee Nor the
Annihilation on New Annuities which I think was in 1736
and therefore I take the liberty to propose that an account
may be made out on the present State of this Affair and
One Copy remain with you & another with the Hospital
that hereafter there may no doubts arise when the facts
can't be so well ascertained.

I am sorry the County of our Benefactress should occasion
you this trouble but hope the present will prevent any
for the future and am

Mr humble Service always
waits on my Worthy Friend
Mr. Turner

Sr.
Your very huml. Servant

To Mr. Daniel Russell< no role > at Skinners hall

St. Thomas Hospital 25th. March 1738

To Mrs Strode
Madam
The Grand Committee of the Governors of this
Hospital have appointed some Gentlemen to view the houses
you hold in Budge Row on Tuesday next at 11 o'Clock of
which I am directed to acquaint you that if you plea some
Agent of yours may be there to meet them

Mr. Nottingham told me at Tunbridge that some
Steps would be taken in this Affair soon after this comming
to town, but I have not seen or heard from him, & the
Lease is now come to its last year. There will be a Ground
Committee on Wednesday at 11 in the forenoon, & if you shall
please to think of treating for a renewal it would be extreamly
proper that your Agent should be here.

I am Madm. Etc
