Mr Collins
I have acquainted our Committee wth what you
propose about letting Nicholls Land to Jennings
& they agree you may do it for one year at
four pounds Some of our Gentlemen propose
to come down are long & may possibly see
fit that the said land may be laid to some
neighbouring farm & therefore can't agree to
a longer time at present as to forty Shillings
for Gates you must settle that Matter in
the best manner you can if it be found
fitting to keys the land As it is by it self
be sure Jennings will have the preference

Barn door as Yr. proposed

A Committee being appointed to examine into
the arrears due to this Hospital, I am directed by them
to desire you will send an account of the value
you found Mr. Daniel Shingle< no role > 's Stock, & what
his debts amount to and of what nature they are
so that the Gentlemen may see what probability
there is that the great arrear of rent will be paid
Pray let me have this account as soon as you can
