MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street , Westminster , in the said County on Wednesday
the Nineteenth Day of October in the Thirty sixth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > David Dean< no role > , Richard Holbrook< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanors
committed in the same County, that Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Monday
the Twenty fourth day of the same Month of October at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the Same Day, to be holden at the Session house upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the Said County, on the said Monday the twenty fourth Day of
October in the Year aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore
said Justices of our said Lord the king above named, and other their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Tuesday the twenty fifth Day of the Month of October at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the
Twenty fifth Day of October in the thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our said sovereign Lord George the third King of Grat Britain Etc before the Said Justices of our
Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is ad
Journed by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows
aforesaid, here until Wednesday the Twenty Sixth Day of the Same Month of October
at the Hour and Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by ad
Journment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said county, on the said
Wednesday the Twenty sixth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the
said Justices of our Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid, that Session
of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and
others their Fellows afoersaid here until Thursday the twenty seventh Day of the same Month
of October at the Hour and Place last above said. And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Twenty seventh Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before
the said Justices of the said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the
County of Middlesex Have at this Present Session Exhibited their Petition and appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass
Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of C. J. Herby and I. Warner two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace Acting in and for
the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 17th. day of October 1796. Mary Wright< no role > the Widow
of William Wright< no role > and Jane< no role > their Child aged Nine Months together with her said Husbands two Children by his former Wife
deceased Vizt. John< no role > Aged twelve years and William< no role > aged Ten Years were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parsih of Saint John the Evangelist in Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the place of their last
legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and wath hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens
and overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises,
IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the
said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
do forthwith convey and deliver back the said Mary Wright< no role > and her said three Children
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint John the Evangelist Westminster who are hereby required to receive and provide for
the said Mary and her said three Children Until they can free themselves from the
Charge thereof by due course of Law.
