of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Dursley in the County of Glocester

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of R Ford andNathanielBond
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in & for the said County of Middlesex bearing date
the thirtieth day of September 1796 whereby
Elizabeth Harvey< no role > was removed from and out of
the parish of Saint Martin in the fields in the said
County of Middlesex to the parish of Dursley in the
said County of Glocester as the place of her last legal
Settlement by which your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved and humbly appeal
therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that a Day may be appointed
for hearing & determining of Cheer
said Appeal and that your worships
would make such order therein as to
Justices appertains

And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
