MIDDLESEX


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street , Westminster , in the said County on Wednesday
the Nineteenth Day of October in the Thirty sixth Year of the
Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , David Dean< no role > , Richard Holbrook< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to bear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the same County. That Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King above named and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Monday
the Twenty fourth day of the same Month of October at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Monday the Twenty fourth Day of
October in the Year aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our said Lord the king above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Tuesday the Twenty fifth Day of the same Month of October at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the
Twenty fifth Day of October in the thirty seventh Year of the Regin of our said Sovereign Lord George the third thing of peat Britain Etc. before the said Justices of our
said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is ad-
journed by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows
aforesaid, here until Wednesday the Twenty sixth Day of the same Month of October
at the Hour and Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Ad-
Journment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said
Wednesday the Twenty sixth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the
said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid, that Session
of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and
others their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Twenty seventh Day of the same Month
of October at the Hour and Place last abovesaid. And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Twenty seventh Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before
the said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Where as John Rennells< no role > of Chertsey in the County of Surrey Hath at this present
Session Exhibited his petition and Appeal setting forth That He was commanded by a
Summons under the Hand and Seal of John Spiller< no role > Esqr. one of His Majesty's Justices of the peace
acting in and for the said County of Middlesex to attend on the 22d. day of July last at the
hour of Six in the afternoon of the same day at the Office of him the said John Spiller< no role > at
Brentford Butts in the said County of Middlesex commonly called or known by the name of
The Public Office New Brentford to shew cause why he the said John Rennells< no role > should not
forfeit and pay the Sum of Ten pounds for That he the said John Rennells did on the 16th.
day of July then Instant use or cause to be used a certain Carriage called a Coach in a certain
Road or Highway leading from London to Chertsey aforesaid to wit at Hammersmith in the
said County of Middlesex without having the Christian Name of him the said John Rennells< no role >
painted thereon in large legible Letters contrary to the Act of Parliament in that Case made
and provided. That the petitioner attended at the time and Place aforesaid and shewed by
