[No. 13.] To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St John the Evangelist Westmr in
the County of Middlesex and to the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Paul Shadwell in the Said County

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us, two of his Majesy's Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one where of being of the Quorum), by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St John That Mary Wright< no role >
the Widow of William Wright< no role > Lately
deceased and Jane< no role > there Child
aged Nine Months together with her
Said Husband's two children by his
former Wifedeceased Vizt
John< no role > Aged Twelve Years and William< no role >
Aged son Years lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St John the Evangt
and are become Chargeable to the same: We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Mary Wright< no role >
and three Children to be in the Parish
of St. Paul Shadwell in the County
of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, the said Church-Wardens and Over
seers of the Poor of he said Parish of St John
the Evangelist , on Sight hereof, to remove and
Convey the said Mary Wright< no role > and three
Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. John the
Evagelist to the said Parish of St Paul
Shadwell
and their deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 17th Day of October
1796
