for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Session of the peace in and for the said
county Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of Thomas
Trickey

Sheweth

That your Petitioner on the Thirtieth day of August
last past was Convicted in the Penalty of Ten pounds by
Thomas Barnard< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the said County of Middlesex upon
and information against Your Petitioner for Hawking
and Selling of Coals with out a Licence

That your Petitioner Conceives himself aggrieved
by the saidby theConviction and doth appeal against the
same

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays
that a day may be appointed in this
present Session to hear and determine the
matter of the said appeal and that all
Parties concerned may then Attend

And Your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc.
