MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street , Westminster , in the said County on Wednesday
the Nineteenth Day of October in the Thirty sixth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > David Dean< no role > , Richard Holbrook< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the Same County, That Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King above named and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Monday
the Twenty fourth day of the same Month of October at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the Same Day, to be holden at the Session house upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the Same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Monday the Twenty fourth Day of
October in the Year aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore
said Justices of our said Lord the king above named, and other their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Tuesday the twenty fifth Day of the Same Month of October at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the Same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the
Twenty fifth Day of October in the thirty seventh Year the Reign of our said sovereign Lord George the third King of Grat Britain Etc before the Said Justices of our
Said Lord the King above named, and other their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is ad
journed by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows
aforesaid, here until Wednesday the Twenty Sixth Day of the Same Month of October
at the Hour and Place last above said, and that at the Same Session of the Peace being holden by Ad-
journment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said county, on the said
Wednesday the Twenty sixth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the
said Justices of our Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid, that Session
of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamad, and
other their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Twenty seventh Day of the same Month
of October at the Hour and Place last abovesaid. And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Twenty seventh Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before
the said Justices of the said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Whereas John Sampson< no role > of the Parish of Christ Church in the said County
Seller of Bread Did at the last General Session of the Peace held in and for this County
Exhibit his Petition and appeal Setting forth That He was convicted on the 15th. day of July
1796 by the Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > D D. one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County on the Complaint of Richard Osman< no role > for having unlawfully exposed to sale on the
Twelfth day of July last Nine Quarter of a Peck Loaves of Wheaten. Bread deficient in Weight
Ten three penny Loaves of wheaten Bread deficient in Weight one Two penny Loaf of Wheaton
Bread deficient in Weight and Three Threepenny Loaves of Wheaton Bread dificient in
Weight according to the assize set for such Bread and that He was adjudged to pay and
forfeit the sum of Seven Pounds Ten Shillings for the same, whereby the petitioner
conceived himself aggreived; which said appeal stood duly adjourned until this day.
Now upon hearing the said appeal and what hath been alledged by Counsel for the
respective parties in and concerning the premises It is ordered that the said
Conviction he and the same is hereby Quashed.
