Road in the County of Surry Gentleman and James Biggs< no role >
of the Same Place Taylor the Bail for the above
Named Defendant Severally Make Oath and Say and
First this Deponent James Barham< no role > for himself
Saith that he did on Friday the Twenty third day
of October Instant Personally Serve the above Named
Prosecutor with a true Copy of the Notice hereto
Annexed by leaving the same with him at his-
Apartments in the Marshalsea Prison Southwark And
these Deponent James Barham< no role > and James Biggs< no role > for
themselves say that they relying on the Veracity of the
above Defendant did become bail for his Personal
Appearance to take his Trial in the June Sessions last upon
the Indictment Preferred against him by the above Named
Prosecutor and that the said Defendant hath without the
Knowledge or Consent of these Deponents Absented
himself so that these Deponent have not had it in-
their Power to Produce him to take his Trial according
to their Recognizance entered into for that Purpose-
although these Deponents have made Diligent Search-
and Enquiry after him for that Purpose but without
Effect And these Deponent further say that they have
Offered and are Willing to make the said Prosecutor any reasonable
