Charles Hamelin< no role > of Shepherds Market May
fair in the County of Middlesex Esquire Maketh Oath and
Saith that he has Used his best endeavours by himself and his attorney to serve the
prosecutor with a Notice to try his Traverse or indictment
at the present Sessions but has not been able to Accomplish
the same and this Deponent expects and hopes he will
to try the Indictment at the next Sessions to be held
at the Sessions House Clerkenwell Green in and for the
County of Middlesex .
