Satisfaction for the Injury by him Supposedby himto
have been Sustained on Account of the Assault
Complained of which he has at Present Declined-
Accepting but from the Information these Deponents
have received from the said Prosecutor and from
further Information which they have a Promise of
Receiving from the said Prosecutor (he having Promised
to give them every Information in his Power) they are
in hopes of being able to Produce the above Defendant
to take his Trial upon such Indictment at the next
Ensuing Sessions and that they will use the Utmost
of their Endeavours in the mean time to Apprehend
the Defendant for such Purpose.
