had delivered such Notice to delivered to her as aforesaid to
her said Husband when she informed this Deponent that
she had taken it to the House of the said Mr. Brewer and
that she had acquainted her Husband thereof And this
Deponent further saith that on the same day he did
Inquire at the House of the aforesd Nathaniel Bryant< no role > if the
Notice so delivered for him as aforesaid had come to his Hands, when
The Tereman or Clerk of the said Mr Bryant was not then come
from theCounty where he had been sometime but that he
did personally carry and deliver the Notice left as aforesaid
to the House and office of the said Mr Brower And
this Deponent further saith that he was present and
did see the above named Thomas Grogan< no role > sign and
subscribe his name to the said several and repective
Notices and that the name Richard Beatty< no role > set and Subscribe
to each and way of them as a witness is the name and
Hand Writing of him this Deponent
