after which Deponent capected the Trial to come on every Minute
and Attended the whole Sessions And this deponent saith that
after the Sessions were over and the Trial not calledthdept-
concluded as dept had he and that the said Thos. Harcock< no role > had
been Trial at the Old Naily on the other Indictment and found
Guilty Deponent had no mord to do in the Business And there
deponent Charles Charles< no role > for himself sith that he went on saturday last to his
Majestys Goal of Newgate to enquire if the said Thos. Harcock< no role > had
been Tried and Convicted as above stated and if he was in Custody
when Deponent was in produced by [..] two of Mr. Kerbys Men
thatwho appeared to this deponent to be Turnkeys that the said
Thos. Harcock< no role > had been Tried and convicted for the Offence above
mention and wasimmediatelysoon after the Conviction sent
for a Soldier -
