severally make Oath and say and
first this Deponent Thomas Grogan< no role >
for himself Saith That
in October Session One thousand seven hundered and ninety
four He was Indicted at the Instance of the above
named Nathaniel Bryant< no role >
and Thomas Kidman< no role >
and
that Bail hath been severally put in before this Worshipful
Court to the said Indictment And This Deponent further
Saith that he hath been informed that the Recognizance
of such Bail have become forfieted. He this Deponent
being then a prisoner for debt in his Majesty's prison of the
Fleat and not in his this Deponents power to take his
royal on the said Indictments And this Deponent further
Saith that shortly after his being discharged from the [..]
prison At with two fresh Sureties did on the twenty ninth
day of September last Enter into fresh Recognizance for
this Deponents appeaance this present Session to the said
Indictments and [..] that this Deponent and the said two
Sureties have this day offered to become Bail to this Worshipful Court for
the appearance of thissaidDeponent And that He this
Deponent means and intends to Try his Traverses on
the said several Indictments the next Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County of Middlesex

for himself Saith
that He with one William Morris< no role >
did Enter into fresh
Recognizance for the appearance of the said Deponent Thomas

as above by him Deponant and very believes he
means and intends to Try his Traverses on the said Several
