very much in Liquor however & there is no Doubt but
she wod. have been acquitted had he appeared-there were
other People in the Room at the same Time & he could
not swear that she took it-The next Day Jane Lisk
was taken up & committed on the Oath of Mortimore that
he had his Watch in he Company and missed it soon
after he left her. Mortimore was bound in £40. by
Recogne. to appear & prosecute.
