With a view to expedite business, & under an
idea that the prisoner Henrietta Maria Wright< no role > would
be committed for trial at the He Bailey for feloniously
stealing from the prosecutor Thomas Kertland< no role > one guineas
the recognizance of Kertland to prosecute and give evidence
was entered in our prosecution book before the prisoner
was examined.The Magistrate on her examination
