< no role > for A Misdemeanors

Benjamin Mason< no role > of Drury Lane in the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Victualler Maketh Oath and Saith That he
this Deponent in the month of January last
apprehended the said Thomas Jones< no role > on Suspicion of
receiving one Gallon Pewter pot which had been
to win from this Deponents House and had him taken
before a Justice of the Peace who admitted the said
Thomas Jones< no role > to Bail for the now after we and in
January Session following this Deponent Caused an
Indictment to be Preferred against the said Thomas Jones< no role >
for the said Misdemeanor which was found a true [..]
and afterwards this Deponent attained a Bench Ma [..]
against the said Thomas Jones< no role > which he endeavored
to get served upon him but he could not find him
And this Deponent further saith That upon applying
to the Clark of the Peace for the said County in the
next Session he was informed the said Thomas Jones< no role >
had pleaded to the said Indictment and put in from
