happening to be absent through inadverteney
in the County by which means the Indictmt.
could not be preferred. the Court was moved to
estreat his recognizance & to respite those of Mr
other Witness & he has since received a Notice
from the Clerk of the peace certifying that
smeit would he proceeded in unless care was
taken to present same-he has since preferred the
Indictmt. which has been returned a true Bill but Deft
renot yet in custody
