the prosecutor above named Maketh
Oath and Saith that at the General Session of the peace held in and
for the County of Middlesex
in January last he this deponent preferred
a Bill of Indictment against the above named John Thomas< no role >
the
Younger for perjury which was found a true Bill by the Grand Jury
and this deponent immediately thereupon entered into Recognizance to
prosecute him the said John Thomas< no role >
the younger for the said crime, and
caused process to be issued against him at several times since, and hath
used his utmost endeavours to apprehend the said John Thomas< no role >
the younger
but without effect, and this Deponent verily belives he the said John
Thomas< no role >
the younger absconds and keeps our of the way purposely to avoid
being taken on such process
