and unavoidably detained untill after the said Session
were ever by which amdent he has since understood
that the said
Jane Lisk< no role >
was not put on her Trial And
this Dept. fur. maketh Oath That the said not go down to
Portsmouth
with a View not to attend the Sessions & appear
against the sd. Jane Lisk but was realty & has obliged
to go down to & was afterwds.
