For a Nuisance
in not repairing the
Highgate Foot Path.

for the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex Maketh Oath and
Saith That an Indictment was preferred at the last January
Sessions against the said Inhabitants of the Parish of Saint
Mary Islington for and keeping repair the Footpath or
Highway leading from the Village of Highgate to the
Village of Islington in the said County And this Deponent
further Saith That since the said January Session he hath
used all due Diligence to caused the said Road to be repaired and this Deponent is of
Opinion and verity believes that the same will be in a
perfect and compleat State of Repair within Seven days
from this time
