London Gentleman maketh Oath That he has been
employed by the abovenamed Defendant Richard
Whitehead< no role > to defend they Indictment and received
directions from him to remove it by Certiorari into the
Court if Kings Bench but this Deponent has not been
able yet to obtain such Writ but believes it will be
panted And this Deponent saith that her [..] ily
believes that had it must been for such intention
the said Richard Whitehead< no role > Woud havr appeard
and taken his Tryal this Sessions
