would not proceed any further therein And this Deponent
further saith that he accordingly gave the said Henry

Five Shillings so by him demanded upon
which it was agreed that this Business should be
entirely at an End and all farther Proceedings stopd

for himself
saith that he was present at the Meeting between

the Prosecutor and this other
Deponent at the Time before mentioned and that this
other Deponent then gave the said Henry Mills< no role >

accepted the same as a full
Satisfaction for the said Assault and then promised and
agreed not to proceed any farther upon the Indictment

has since left London

is prevented
