last became bound to the appearance of the said
Defendant at the last December Sessions That the
said Defendant is Captain of a Ship trading to the
West Indies and about the twelfth day of November
last set sail on his Voyage to the West Indies
[..] is not yet returned and Deponent believing
that he will not return from his said Voyage
untill June or July [..] next.
