Ann Soho in the said County Gold Beater maketh Oath and
saith That previous to the time of Sewing of Notices of Trial
for the Present Session he this Deponent made diligent enquiry
after the Place of Abode of the above named Prosecutor in
order to have Served him with Notice of Trial for this
Session but was not able to find out the same
