agst
The Inhabitants of the Parish
of Saint Mary Islington }
For a Nuisance
in not keeping in repair a
certain Highway called
Duvalls Lane

Thomas Stallard< no role > Assistant Surveyor of the Highways for the Parish
of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex Maketh Oath and
Saith That in September Session last the abovenamed
Indictment was Tried and the Defendants found Guilty
And it was Ordered that the Defendants should be [..] fined
One Hundred Pounds the Payment of which was suspended in Order
that the Depondants might have an Opportunity of causing the said
Highway to be put in proper repair

And this Deponent further Saith That he hath used all
due Dilligence ( [..] as for as Circumstance would per mit)
to put the said Highway in a proper and convenient state
of Repair And this Deponent further Saith that he doth
continuetheto repair the same as fast as possible and is
of opinion that in Course of two Months from this time
the said Highway will be in a perfect and compleat
State of Repair-
