rish St. Dunstan's, Stepney , in the County of Mid-
dlesex; and to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Waltham Holy Cross in the
County of and to every of them, and to all others whom these
may concern.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace , in and for the said County of Middlesex , (one
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Churchwar-
den and Overseers of the Poor of the said Hamlet
of Mile-End , Old-Town, in the County aforesaid.
That Ann Liptrap< no role > Singlewoman
lately came to inhabit in the said Hamlet, not hav-
ing gained al legal Settlement there, nor produced
any Certificate owning her to be settled else-
where, and [..] in Liberty to become chargeable to the
same; And whereas upon due Examination and
Enquiry made into the Premises upon Oath, We
do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Ann Liptrap to be in the Parish
of Waltham Holy Cross in the County of Essex

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to
require you on Sight hereof, to remove and con-
vey the said Ann Liptrap< no role >
from and out of your said Hamlet of Mile-End, Old-
Town , in the Parish of St. Dunstan's, Stepney , to the
said parish of Waltham
and deliver her unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor there, or some, or one of them, together
with this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy here-
of who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according of Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this thirtieth Day of January
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hun-
dred and Seventy five.
