Robert Lewin< no role > of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent did
upon the Fifteenth day of February Instant see the within named William
Spencer< no role > Sign Seal and Deliver the General Release contained on the other
Side hereof And this Deponent further saith that the mark set and
Subscribed opposite to the Seal affixed to the said General Release is the proper
marke of the said William Spencer< no role > And that the name of Robert Lewen
thereto set as a Subscribing Witness to the said General Release is the
Proper Hand Writing of the Deponent
