MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for. the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks = Hall , in Saint John = Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the Sixteenth
Day of February in the FifteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas The Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex Have
at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting
forth. That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands & Seals
of Burford Camper< no role > and David Wilmot< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex bearing date
the Twenty fifth day of January last William Hollister< no role > and Ann< no role >
his Wife and their Child Mary< no role > aged nine Months. And also his
said Wife male Bastard Child William< no role > aged three Years and
upwards (for Nurture) were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in the said County of Middlesex to
the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate as the place of
their last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved. Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioners. It is Ordered
that the Benefit of their said Appeal be saved unto them and that
the Hearing and Determining thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned until the next. General Quarter Session of the peace to
be holden for this County And that on Notice hereof in the mean time
to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Saint Mary Whitechapel they and all persons concerned do
attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid in the County aforesaid
on Thursday the Twenty seventh day of April next at the hour of
eight in the Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of the said Court touching the said
Appeal
