The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Waltham holy Cross in the
County of Essex

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the hands and Seals
of Burf Camper< no role > and John Sherwood< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex bearing date the 30th day of
January last Ann Liptrap< no role > Singlewoman was removed from and out
of the Hamlet of Mile End Old Town in the Parish of Saint Dunstans
Stepney in the said County of Middlesex To the said Parish of
Waltham holy Cross as the Place of her last Legal Settlement

That your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of Removal have
therefore Appealed against the same and humbly
Pray your Worships to make such Order in the
Premises as to your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall Ever Pray Etc.
