WHEREAS Complaint has been made has been made unto us, two of
His MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of MIDDLESEX (one whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. LUKE , in the said County, That Sarah
Chambers
< no role > (Widow of William Chambers< no role > deceased
and her Daughter named Mary< no role > aged about
Seventeen years have
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that they are likely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of the said
Sarah Chambers< no role > taken upon Oath,
it further appeareth unto us, and we do likewide adjudge, that
the Parish of Saint Ann Soho in the
County of Middlesex
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the Said Sarah
Chambers
< no role > and her said Daughter

These are therefore in His MAJESTY'S Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of St. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey the said
Sarah Chambers< no role > and here said Daughter
from the said Parish of St. LUKE , to the said Parish of
Saint Ann Soho and deliver them to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, Who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
the Seventh Day of February 17 75.

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of St. LUKE , in the County of MID-
DLESEX, and Saint Ann
Soho in the said County
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
