At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks
Hall in St John Street in the Said County by adjourn-
ment on monday the twentieth Day of October 1766.
in the Sixth year, of the Reign of King George the
Third by the Grace of God over Great Britain Etc

Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our said lord the King begin and holden for this County
on Monday in the Week next after the Close of Easter to wit
the Seventh Day of April last past and continued by
adjournment until Wednesday the ninth Day of the same
month and then holden at Hicks Hall aforesaid the
Churchwardens & Oversees of the Poor of the Hamlet
Parish of Kew in the County of Surry Exhibited
their Petition and appeal upon the same wardnes-
day Setting forth that by virtue of an Order
or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of Thomas Kynaston< no role > & Henry Lambe< no role > Esquire
two of this Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx (one being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the eighth Day of March last
Samuel Clarke< no role > & Jane< no role > his Wife with his two.
