husband also therein named for nurture were
removed from and out of the [..] Parish of
Ealing in the Said County of Middx to the said
Hamlet of Kew as the Place of their
last legal Settlemt. whereby the Petitioners
conceived themselves aggrieved Whereupon
it was by an Order of the Session made the
Said Wednesday the ninth Day of April Ordered
that the benefit of the Said Appeal should
be Saved unto them and that the hearing &
Determining there of should be and the same
was thereby adjourned untill the then next Gent.
Session of the Peace to be held for the Said
County of Middx on Thursday the thirteenth day of may
then next On Which day the final hearing
