It is Ordered that the Final hearing and Determining of
the matter of an Appeal Between the Hamlett of Hew in the
County of Surry and the Parish of Ealing in the County of Middx
touching the Settlement of Samuel Clarke< no role > and Jane< no role > his wife
with his two Children by a former wife and also the Child of
the said Jane by a former Husband upon Payment of Cost first by
the Churchwarden & Overseers of Poor of the Hamlett of Kew to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Ealing be adjourned until the next General Session to be held for
this County at Hicks Hall aforesd. and that they and all parties
concerned Do Attend the Court on Monday the 8th. day of Decr.
next at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon at Hicks Hall
aforesd. to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Court touching the said appeal

It is Ordered that the said [..] Pass Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices so far as relates to the Poor woman be, confirmed and the
same is hereby confirmed accordingly and that the said bastard
Child do go with the Mother for Nurture only until she shall
Arrive to the age of Seven years and then to be passed to her
respective Parish
