At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in
the said County (by Adjournment) On Thursday the Thirtieth day of
April in the Seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

A Bill of Fees Charges and Disbursements in the business of the
Petitions to Parliament for and on behalf of this County relating to the
Rebuilding the Goal of Newgate Amounting to five hundred and Seventy
Four pounds Fifteen shillings and Nine pence (after several Deductions
made by the Committe of his Majestys Justices of the Peace to whom
it was referred to Examine and settle the same) being layd before this
Court by Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of this County who was Employed
by Order of the Sessions to Solicite the said Business together with
Mr. Richard clarke< no role > on the behalf of the Inhabitants of this County and
to make such disbursements And it appearing that the said Bill is just
and Right and that Four hundred pounds has been already Ordered and
Applied towards the business there in mentioned It is Ordered that the
said Mr Jefferson do retain in his hands the further Sum of One
hundred and Seventy four pounds Fifteen shillings and Nine pence in
full of the said Bill And that his Receipt together with this Order
be a Sufficient discharge to him as Treasurer of this County for the said
Sum of Five hundred and Seventy four Pounds Fifteen shillings and
Nine pence

Received the Sum of the Hundred Seventy four Pounds
Fifteen Shillings And nine pence out of the County Rate
Money to be applied to the purpose in this Order mentd.
And [..] in full of all Demands on the County of Middx
for the business mentd. in the bill deliver'd in
