Day the final hearing and Determining of the Matter of the Said
Petition and Appeal was further Adjourned until the then next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for the Said County of
Middx on Monday the thirteenth day of June then next And Whereas
the Said Petition and Appeal and the matters therein contained
were not Determined at the said last mentioned Session held on
the said monday the thirteenth day of June last (being the last
General Quarter Session of the Peace Now upon application
made to this Court at this present Session being the next
General Quarter Session after the said Session held the thirtieth
day of June aforesaid by the Said Appellants and their Councel
And upon reading the Affidavits of John Pepper< no role > and Joseph
Massey
< no role > It is Order and directed that the said Petition
and Appeal do stand further Adjourned until the next general
Session of the Peace to be holdon for this County And that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Ealing and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the
next General Session of the Peace to be holdon for the said
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall aforesaid being the Eighth
day of December next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon them
and there to hear and Abide the Judgment and determination
of the Court in the Premes The said Appellants having
undertaken to pay the said Respondents their Costs in Case they
Shall not then be ready to Proceed and also that the Said Appeal
may be dismiss'd in that Case without further Adjournments
thereof which this Court doth hereby Order accordingly
