General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street
in the Said County by Adjournment on Thursday the thirtieth
day of this instant April by ten o Clock in the Forenoon Or as Soon after as
Councel could be heard That the last Order of Court made on the Ninth day of
December One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six) being the Adjournment of
December Session last) Upon the hearing of the Petition and Appeal in this Cause
touching the Settlement of Samuel Clarke< no role >
and Jane his wife and their three
Children therein named might be discharged, And that the Appeal might
Stand Dismissed.
