peace holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid, by Adjournment on Tuesday the
First day of May in the fourth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain & Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in this County have Notice of this
Appeal and that they and all persons Concerned
do attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of
the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgement and determination of this Court
touching the said appeal
