To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx Assembled in
their General Quarter Session of the Peace

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Mary Islington in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seals of St. John Fielding< no role > Knight &
Merry Teshmaker< no role > Esqr. two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
twelfth day of September last Ann Collins< no role >
Widow of Daniel Collins< no role > Deceased and her
Children Vizt. Ann< no role > aged about Seven Years and
half, Sarah< no role > Five Years and half, Mary< no role >
upwards of Four Years and Elizabeth< no role > four
Months were Removed and Conveyed on the
23d. day of February last from the Parish of
Enfield in the said County to the said Parish
of St. Mary Islington (called the parish of Islington in
the sd. Order) as the Place of their last legal
Settlement

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved by
the sd. Order or Pass Warrant of the sd. two
Justices of the Peace Appeale to this Court
against the same and humbly Pray your
Worships will be pleas'd to appoint a day in
this Present Session for the hearing and
Determining the sd. Appeale

And Yor. Petrs. Shall ever pray Etc
