To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Sessions of the peace by Adjourment Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. George hanr. Square in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of Pass Warrant or Order
under the hands and Seals of John Cox< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqrs.
Two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 21st.. day of February 1764 Hannah Potter< no role > Wife of
William Potter< no role > , was removed from the parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in the County of Middlesex to the parish of
St. George Hanover Square in the said County as the place
of her last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the same

Your Petritoners therefore humbly Pray
this Court will be pleased to appoint a day in
this present Session for the hearin and
determining the said appeal and that all
persons concerned may be directed then to attend

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
