To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in
the East in the City of London

Sheweth


That ley Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Benjamin Cowley< no role > and James Esdaile< no role > Esqs
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex (one where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty second day of March 1764.. Jane Stratford< no role > Single woman
was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the East as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Yoe. Peter Conceiving themselves Aggrieved thereby
Do humbly Appeal against the Same And pray that this
Court will be Pleased to Appoint a day at this present
Session of the Peace for the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke and all other
persons Concerned to Attend this Court to hear and abide
the Judgment land determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal

And Your Peter will Pray Etc
