Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of

bearing Date the 15th. day of March 1764

deceased was removed from the Parish of St: Giles in the
Fields
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of St. Anne
as the
Place of her last Legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be Aggrieved And against the said Order do Appeal
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that this
Worshippfull Court will be pleased to Appoint a day
in this Present Session for the hearing and determining
this Appeal And that all Partys concerned may then
and there Attend.
