Landlord he had been robbed by the two persons above staris
and saith that both the sd. Persons were Charged with the
Watch men & carryed to the round house but the person that
was there refused to take the Chase & they went about their
business and this Ins. John Bell< no role > for himself saith That last
night the other Ins. to Sd. with the sd. Noel & Lenton came to this Inst:
house & the sd. Noel desired a Private room & this Ins told them they
night go into the Dinnens Room but there was me fire upon which
he was told the fire [..] sd. be paid for & they went upto sd. into the
sd Room soon after this Ins was told by his Walter that the Persons above
stairs wanted a Pack of Cards & this Ins orderd the waiter to tell them
he sufferd no Cards to be playd in her house & the sd. Party staid about
an house & ½ and the other Inst. came down to him & told him that the tred
men above stairs had robbed him of One pound & Eighteen Shill Sd. &
desired his [..] Assistance & this Inst. went up & in his Preson inthe other
Ins. charged the sd. Noel & Lenton to have robbed him of the above Sum
And the sd. Lenton used this Inst. very ill by Shoeing him about the room
and this Ins detained them untell he had sent for the Went man Out
what happened after he cant tell.
