for
the said County.
These Examints. being charged on the Oath of William
Wood< no role >
with Feloniously taking f& carrying away One pound
Eighteen Shillings in Moneys the property of the said Willm.
Jointly say That are not Guilty of the said Charge nor
any part there of and say that they were in Company
of the will Wood on the Day and at the house mention'd
in the said Wood's Informts. and did there Yame for money
by Shacking three halfpence in a Hat whereby these
Examts. did win of the said Wm Wood< no role >
the said Sum of
One pound & Eighteen Shillgs. and that they the said
Examts. did not by any force or Felonious means
take any money from the said Will Wood< no role >
but
that the said Sum of One pound & Eighteen Shillgs.
was by them fairly teen of the said Willr. Wood
And say when they were taken into Custody at the
time the said money was Won by then. and carryed
to the Round house the sd. will Wood only Charged
them with winning his Money & did not Chargd then
with any felony And both there Exam. were dischgd
and set at Lorge by the Officer at the Round house
