Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals

Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westmr in the said County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) hearing date the 19th day of January
last a poor Woman and Wiltewale Child by the names and descriptions of
Mary Nightingale< no role >

gone from
her) and
Mary< no role >
their child aged four Months were removed
from the
Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
in the said County
of Middlesex
to the said parish of Saint Margaret Pattens
as the place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be agrieved
Therefore they humbly appeal to your Worship's
against the Judgemt. of the said two Justices
and pray your worship's will be pleased to
appoint some day this present Sessions to
hear and determine the matter touching the
said appeal
and your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
